COMMISSIONS

This form, and the quoted pricings within are for individual illustration and character design commissions for personal use only. 

If you intend to sell, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from your commissioned artwork; please contact me via email: soruceniart@gmail.com

Payments will be made via Paypal with an included invoice. I will invoice you once your commission request has been accepted. Payment must be received before I begin work on your commission.

For commissions under £100, payment must be made in full before I begin work on your commission.

For large works (including and over £100), I will accept payment in installments. Half of the agreed total price must be paid before I begin working on your commission. The final commissioned work will be withheld until the total cost of the project has been paid for.

I will maintain contact with you during the course of the commission via the contact information you have provided within this form. I cannot guarantee that your commissioned artwork will be completed within a specific timeframe. If you require the artwork by a set date; you must notify me of this when making the request. If I will not be able to complete the work by that set date, I will decline the request.  

Significant changes part-way through the commission work (e.g. changes to poses, background, character design etc.) will come with a revisions charge of 20% the original quoted commission price. I will allow 1 significant change per commission request.

Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If I determine that I am unable to complete your commission due to any reason or fault on my part, I will offer a full refund.

Completed and approved commissions will not be refunded for any reason.

All prices within this form are quotes, and I reserve the right to adjust the total price subject to the complexity of your project. This includes but is not limited to; characters with complex designs, highly detailed backgrounds or props, characters with vague references for their design.

I reserve the right to utilize any personal display commissioned artwork within my portfolio, and posts on social media. I do not have the right to sell merchandise of, or otherwise profit from your commissioned work unless stated otherwise in writing.

I deny the right for work created by myself for a commissioned artwork (completed or incomplete) to be resold, used for NFT projects, blockchain projects, AI projects or AI training.

I will not accept commission requests for:

- Not Safe For Work art (e.g. artwork of sexual acts, extreme gore)

- Artwork depicting sexual or romantic acts involving minors

- Likenesses of people you (the commissioner) do not personally know e.g. celebrities

I reserve the right to decline commission requests without reason.

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as and when required.
